Our 60-Night Trial

Sleep on your SanaSleep pillow for up to 60 nights from delivery. If it is not right for you, return it for a full refund. No forms, no fees, no questions asked. Memory foam typically takes 3-7 nights to adjust to, so we encourage you to give it a real chance - the trial is long enough for an honest answer.

How to return

Email info@sanasleep.co.uk with your order number. We will send you a free UK return label. Once we receive the item, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Condition

The trial exists so you can actually sleep on the pillow; normal use is expected and accepted. We only ask that you return it with the washable cover included.

2-Year Guarantee

Beyond the trial, every pillow carries a 2-year guarantee against faults in materials and workmanship (excessive flattening, seam failure, zip defects). Contact us with a photo and your order number; we will replace the product or refund you.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your 14-day right to cancel.
