Refund Policy

Our 60-Night Trial

Sleep on your Nevalyn pillow for up to 60 nights from delivery. If it has not changed your mornings, email us within those 60 nights and we will refund you in full. Returns within the trial are free for UK customers.

How it works

Email info@nevalyn.com with your order number and a line telling us it was not right for you. We will confirm your return within one working day and send simple instructions. If anything needs to be posted back, we cover the cost — standard UK return postage is reimbursed in full alongside your refund. Your refund is processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Memory foam typically takes 3-7 nights to adjust to, so we encourage you to give it a real chance - the trial is long enough for an honest answer.

Please do not send returns to our registered business address in Belgium — they cannot be processed there.

Fair use

The trial refund applies once per household, on your first Nevalyn Pillow order. It does not apply to orders placed for resale.

2-Year Guarantee

Beyond the trial, every pillow carries a 2-year guarantee against faults in materials and workmanship (excessive flattening, seam failure, zip defects). Contact us with a photo and your order number; we will replace the product or refund you.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your 14-day right to cancel. To exercise your right to cancel, email info@nevalyn.com within 14 days of delivery. Returns under this right go to the UK returns address above free of charge — we reimburse standard return postage — and your refund, including standard delivery, is processed within 14 days of us receiving the goods or your proof of postage.
