Who we are

Nevalyn is operated by TradeForce bv, Kapellekensbaan 103, 3720 Hasselt, Belgium, VAT BE0830077894 ("we"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through nevalyn.com.

What we collect

Order and contact details (name, address, email, phone), payment confirmation (we never see or store full card numbers - payments are processed by Shopify Payments and its providers), order history, email preferences, and site usage data via cookies.

Why and on what basis

To fulfil your order and provide support (performance of contract); to send our newsletter if you subscribed (consent - unsubscribe anytime via the link in every email); to measure and target our advertising (consent, given through the cookie banner); to improve our site (legitimate interest); to meet accounting obligations (legal obligation).

Sharing

We share data with the processors needed to run the store: Shopify (hosting and payments), our delivery carriers, and Omnisend (email marketing).

We also share personal data with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited through the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API. This includes your email address, name, and details of your activity on our site such as pages viewed, items added to your basket, and purchases made. Where possible, this data is shared in hashed form. Meta uses it to measure the performance of our advertising and to show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. You can control how Meta uses this information through the Off-Facebook Activity settings in your Facebook account, and you can prevent it entirely by declining marketing cookies in our cookie banner.

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

We are based in the EU; your data may be processed in the EU and the UK under applicable adequacy arrangements.

Retention

Order data is kept as long as required for warranty (2 years) and accounting law; newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and object to processing. Email info@nevalyn.com. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
